If you are thinking about going back to College this spring or just want to bolster your resume, let me tell you about an exciting and relatively new academic program that is available from Nonprofit Learning Point and the generous support of the program’s funding collaborative partners that include, VCU, United Way, Capitol One, Altria, and the Community Foundation.

Non Profit Learning Point which I will now refer to as NPL is an educational program that assists with capacity-building for the vast network of nonprofit organizations in the greater Richmond area. It is the only program of its kind designed to respond to the specific needs of the nonprofit community. NLP provides high quality, relevant and affordable courses, conferences and formal training to members of the nonprofit community.

Who can take classes?
Staff, board members or volunteers of nonprofit organizations, or anyone considering a career change to the nonprofit sector can take these classes. full story
